Associate Professor Wang Peng

汪鹏，365英国上市公司刑事法公司副经理，韩国国立江原大学刑事法学博士，365英国上市公司涉外刑事法治与国别检察司法研究中心执行主任，365英国上市公司中亚法律查明中心副主任。担任韩国KCI核心期刊《江原法学》，《比较刑事法学》，《中国法研究》等期刊外审编辑。出版有《韩国刑法典》，《印度刑法典》及《美国联邦民事诉讼规则》等译著。

Wang Peng, Vice Dean at the School of Criminal Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an), holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from Kangwon National University, Republic of Korea. He serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Foreign Rule of Law and Country-Specific Prosecution and Judicial Studies, and the Deputy Director of the China-Central Asia Law Ascertainment and Research Centre of Northwest University of Political Science and Law (Xi’an). Professor Wang is an external reviewer for journals such as Kangwon Law Review (KCI/Korea Citation Index Core Journal), Comparative Criminal Law, and Chinese Legal Science. He has published the following translations: The Penal Code (Republic of Korea), The Penal Code (India), and The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (United States)
